I believe the most appropriate title for your post is "How do I cancel my subscription?"
You say you have been trying to cancel your account for the past 3 hours. May I know what you are trying to do to cancel your subscription? Seems that you have been doing it wrong.
I have looked into your account and saw that you have paid your subscription with us via the payment gateway, Plimus.
Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm, then enter it on the link below and enter the email address used in email. https://secure.plimus.com/jsp/forgot_password.jsp??designId=1
That will reset your password and you can then login there to cancel your subscription.
Alternatively, we can always cancel your subscription for you, just please provide us with your name or email address that you used in Plimus so we can do the process of cancelling your account.

I have now refunded your last payment, canceled your subscription and closed your account. If you need anything else please let me know.
