Email Notification Problem: Email Field Value Not Showing Up In Email Notification

    Even though I have added the field in the email form this does not show up in the email I recieve all I see is the field lable Unique ID ( it sould read Unique ID followed by the sequence number. 

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Please try deleting your current email notification and create a new one. When you create a new email field, a new unique ID will also be generated and should be replace in the email notification setting.
