Should i receive a confirmation of downgrading my account from premium monthly to a Free service?

    I downgraded my account from monthly 9.95 too a Free monthly service due to a project ending. Should i be receiving any type of confirmation that this has been done. I did't want to be bille dagain this month!

    I checked your account and see that its still a PREMIUM account. Please let us know when you have downgraded your account?
