Some fields don't show the selections made

    As a test user, I hit the form's print button to download my form but not all the fields showed my answers, like "which category does your organization provide services" (which is a check box).  However, the email response back to me showed all the fields' answers.

    Please let us know if you are clicking the "Print" button of your form. I did try to print and I was able to see the answers selected in the print section.
