    Can I receive customer's email to my own email instead of summition of jotform?

    Hi,

    I made an form and I received test email from automatically respons email.

    But I want to know if I can receive the information of customer to my own email.

    Forexample, my email address is "wholesale@xxx.com"

    When customer click submit button, can I receive the email to wholesale@xxx.com??

    Hi veronicashin,

    Yes, that is possible. All you need to do is to create email notification in your form and in your form's notification recipient, you can add/insert your email address.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

    But i want to make an autoresponder email.

    I put into my information in the blank as below.

    - sender name : myname

    - sender email: myemail

    - reply to email : myemail

    - recipient email : email ----> I couldn't put my email. I could only select.

    @veronicashin

    Auto responder will send email to the user who has submitted your form. That's the reason you were not able to put your email id in "Recipient email" and could only select from your form field. You should create "notification Email" instead of "Autoresponder email".
