Too good to be true. We added 2 more emails (3 in total) and they are still coming in on the same thread. This is a bit much. 2 days now with nothing but frustration. What now?

We apologize for inconvenience caused. I investigated the issue you described on your account/username BROADCASTING_IMS and I found that you were just using the Test Email of the form.
Please take note that to be able to receive form submission email, the form needs to be submitted in actual.
You can also review the submission emails in the Sent Emails History logs.
Guide : How to View All Your Form Email History
Let us know if issue persist.

There's no need to clone the notification if you want to send the email to multiple recipients. You only need to enter the email address in the recipient field, please check my screencast below for reference.

We did and asked a different question concerning this but it looks as
though too many people are getting involved and not ready the posts we are

Sorry, but we can help you better if you only post one question per thread. We kindly ask you not to post your concern on each and every thread, otherwise, your issue will not be handled properly.
If the issue persists on your end, is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you.

By the way, please whitelist jotform domains and IPs in your web/email host to ensure that all the emails sent to you will be received successfully.
