Send email and text message after form submission

I'm sorry but I do not understand your question. Can you please explain in more details what exactly are you trying to achieve? 

Hi - of course. 
After sending out surveys/forms through jot form - I wanted to follow up with participants via email and text message. 
I see that you all have partner integrations that will allow me to email my participants but do you have an integration for texting users?

There are 2 ways that you can do to achieve your requirements.

1. It's possible if your mobile network provider allows it. Simply find your SMS email gateway on the following list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_SMS_gateways

Then, construct your email address using the following format. You can also find that on the link provided above.

number@serviceProvider.com

Replacing the number with your mobile number. Example for T Mobile:

Format: 10-digit cell phone number @t-mobile.net 

Here's an example: 2221234567@t-mobile.net

After this, simply set this email as your form notification email recipient.

2. Through Webhook but this requires API from your SMS Provider and a custom PHP script that would send the message after submission.

I’m not sure if my request is clear.
After sending the jotform via email or through text, I would like to follow up with those who have submitted the form via email and text messages.
Example platforms that do this is EZText etc.
I would like to send multiple texts and emails with the customer data pulled from the forms.

To send respondents an email after they have submitted the form, you can set up in your form an email autoresponder.

Setting-Up-an-Autoresponder-Email

The email will be sent to the email address they have entered in the email field on the form.

However, as for sending a text message to the phone number your respondents have entered in the Phone Number field on your form, I suggest that you check JotForm and Twilio integration that is available through Zapier.
