I've tried this and added two email addresses but it still tells me that the form was submitted to the address I had deleted!
I still have not received any of these submissions. Please help.

It looks like you have 2 forms on your account, can you please tell us which form you are having this issue on so that we can take a look at it and help you with this problem?
I checked your Website Worksheet Form and found that your email notification had a small error for gmail. Gmail is spelled with 1 " L " and you had 2 " L's ". I found that your account email also has this as well.
I also took a look at your Lets Create a Painting Form and I can see that this one does have 2 Notifications. The first notification has 2 different emails listed and the second notification only has one. I would like to point out that if you are trying to test it using the " Test Email " button. That only sends a Test Email Notification to your Account Email Address and may cause it to appear to be not sending anything to the second Email in the First Email Notification that you have listed. So to test it fully and more genuinely you will have to fill in a test submission of your form.
