Message delivery problems (4/20/10)

    Long time user, first time support request...

    I used jot form across multiple sites and this morning out 1am MDT I got a flood of messages in my inbox.

    The messages came from all times throughout the day, and contain the message <<< No Message Collected >>> but were delivered between 12:58 and 1:01 am.

    When I checked the Jotform database, thankfully the messages has been collected and stored.  

    Does anyone know what happened, or have you had similiar issues in the past?

    Hi Nick,

    This looks like an isolated issue but a very odd occurrence, nevertheless.  To my knowledge, we haven't had any similar issues like this before. Anyway, do those emails contain anything in the body section? Would it be possible to show us the exact content of the messages? I have set this topic to private so you do not have to worry as everything here is shared just between you and our support team members.

    I also inspected your email alerts for those particular forms and everything seems to be fine. Please reply to this message together with the details which I asked for, if you do not mind.

    Hi Neil,
    The majority of the messages collected contained only this.
    \" <<< No Message Collected >>> \" while 2 of them contained no content in the
    body of the email at all.
