In an email notification, can I have a multiple choice list show up as a bullet list?

Hello. I am trying to create a email notification that shows one of the multiple choice fields as a bullet list. I would like it to look like this:

The choices you made were:

Test 1 Test 2 Test 3

In the email, I have to use a field code, and I don't know how many choices they may choose. If I put the field code in the UL, it will only bullet the first selection, not the rest of them. Is there some way to have bullet all of the choices?

**NOTE: After several attempts, this email keeps stripping the code out of my bullet list above! So I can't seem to get it anywhere!
