How does the enable disable form using time conditions work?

This works if i have people arround the glove? Example in Argentina is 14PM and in mexico is 21PM how this works? It will be enabled because of the "time in mexico"?....

This is used when you want to restrict access to your forms based on your business hours.

Example: if your office hours in Argentina is 9 am to 6 pm...the same corresponding time in Mexico is 7 am to 4 pm (2 hours behind). So a user in Mexico opens the form at 6 pm Mexico time, then the form will be disabled as per the instructions outlined in the guide.
