    Remove my email address as the form recipient

    Why is it that when I try to have a contact form etc sent to someone other than me, even though their email address is put in, it comes to me. when I go back to the form and click to set up their email I find mine is there. Is this there by default? 

    If I associate an email address with a notification,  & name that notification with the recipents name, type their email address into recipent, should it not go to them instead of me?

    This is a problem as I have 9 different emails to set up, and I can't be sure as to where ther going.

    If you could make this a little clearer for us non geeks it would be a great help:)

    Hi Ian,

    Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Have you tried already clearing your form's cache? If not, can you please give a try? However, if that solution doesn't fixed the issue, can you please share to us URL of your form that you're having problem with for further assistance?

    I just want to let you know that everytime you create email notification in your form, your email address(account email address) would be automatically set as notification recipient by default.

    Hi and thanks for the quick reply. I ceaned the cache. Well I could give you all 9 websites URLs?There dosen't seem to be anyway of verifying if a email is attached to the actual form in JotForms. The only way fo find out if they (the recipient )recieved it is to contact them.

    http://www.farmmeats2000.co.nz/distributors.htm It seems  this form is working but everytime they get an email so do I. Is this normal?  I have made sure that their email is the only one listed in their contact form.

    Every created form comes with a default notification. The default notification has it's email recipient and that's your account email address. If you don't like to received notification of your form on every form submissions, simply delete your form notification. Here's How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder.
