say I have a question with 2 options:

is this for residence or business?

if they choose residence, then different questions will appear than if they choose business....

    or:

I have a form for attorneys.

do you practice - personal injury, dui, divorce, criminal, bankruptcy

depending on the selection here, will determine the questions asked, as each one is specific

so if a person chose dui, all the following questions would pertain to dui

if a person chose bankruptcy, all the following questions would pertain to bankruptcy....

is there a feature that will allow me to create forms like this???

    thanks

    Jack
