I have an email setup and the test email works but when I actually submit the form I don't get an email. Any suggestions?

Please try adding a Sender Name in your email notification and see if it resolves the issue.
To add a Sender Name, click the Reply-To and Recipient Settings.
If the issue still persist, please contact us again.

Still no luck unfortunately, I added a Sender name and it still iisn't coming through. Only the Test is working.

We're having the same problem, but with an existing form that we've been using for some time. Test emails work, but the form no longer sends notification emails out.

You should alsways start a seperate thread for your issue.

I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that. I checked our email server logs and see the emails are getting delivered to your email id. Here is the logs for your reference:

Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there. Let us know if you continue to have this issue.
