Forms not sending correctly

    We have a form, it works when we try it here in Phoenix, but when outside users try to use it and submit, it does not send the form submission to the email asvhtuc-newuser@azdvs.gov like it is supposed to. We are Mac users using and they are Windows so IE users. Is there something wrong with using these forms from Internet Explorer?

    Hello,

    I've cheked your form and as far as I see there is one detail that could be the cause of this issue. And it's that the Sender Email option is not set to noreplay@jotform.com.

     

    I also cloned your form and tested it in IE6.0,7.0 and it works great, however when  I test it in IE8.0 it shows problems to display the form, but I don't think it is related with the same issue.

    So, I would kindly recommend to set the Sender Email to noreplay@jotform.com first, test it and if the issue still persists let us know.
