Replying to an email and it goes to someone completely different

    I replied to an email of someone who submitted an application and that email went to someone completely different.  I thought I had just messed up somehow, but another staff member had the same thing happen to them.  

    I pasted a copy of the email I sent to Rafael, but the email actually went to Sharon Dean.  

    Can you please tell me what has happended because we will be responding to several of our applicants through the reply button.

    Hi Rafael,

    The client log information you uploaded does not meet the minimum requirements of 100 coaching hours with 75 of them being paid hours.  Please update your coaching log to include these hours, so I can approve your application.

    Are you referring to the Reply option on a form Submissions page?

    If yes, please provide us with the name/ID of affected form. Then, we will try to check this further.
