How can I make sure people read a form?

    I am starting a realty company, and they have to read a disclosure form. They do not have to sign it, but they have to acknowledge they read it. Can I have a check box, and after they pull up the document they can check the box? The document has to open, and then they can check the box. I have seen this on other sites. Do you have a toll free number to call? If we go over the 10 ssl transmissions a month, the 11th and so on are still secure, but you start charging us right? Thanks for all your help.

    Thank you for posting your questions in the forum. 

    The non-disclosure form that you described above is possible with JotForm. Please click here for a sample. This sample form was created by using the following elements:

    - The Form Collapse feature (found under Survey Tools) for the collapsing effect.

    - Free Text HTML field (found under Power Tools) to place the non-disclosure agreement itself.

    - A Check Box that a user needs to check to confirm that they read the NDA.

    - A Submit button

    For Free accounts, up to 10 SSL submissions are allowed. If you go past this allowance, your form will be disabled. But before this happens, you will be automatically notified that you are nearing your submission limit.
