When my clients recieve thier confirmation email, some of the fields are blank on thier end. On the other hand, when I get my notifier, all the information shows. Is there a reason for this? Is there a way to fix this?

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. After invistigating your form, I found out that those empty fields showed on autoresponder received by your customer is had something to do with your form's condition. In order to fixed that, just simply Enable "Hide Empty Fields on Emails" feature to automatically hide empty fields on received notification/autoresponder.
