Moved forms to a new Jotform account and they stopped working on my website

    I moved forms from one account to another.  They were loaded up to a website before I moved them.  I thought that they were supposed to continue working without interruption but the form is gone now (on my website). 

    Was I wrong? Did I misundertand how this worked?

    Moving forms from one account to another is not possible. What you did with your forms is you cloned or copied them. In essence, the clones behave exactly like the original ones, maintaining the same configuration such as email alerts, conditions and thank you page. The difference is that they are clones, meaning they are a separate entity from the original forms.

    As such, they have their own form ID's now. Now what you need to do is re-embed them in your pages, just the way you did with the old ones. Replace the codes you embedded in your pages with the embed codes of the clones.
