Please cancel your subscription (I-TPNASE22VJ9C) on your PayPal account dashboard. The following guide should help you how to cancel your PayPal subscription: How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
Do get back to us once you cancel your subscription, we will go ahead and process the refund for your last subscription payment. You can then upgrade the correct account after the refund.

Your account is now downgraded to free. A request for the refund for the last charge of Gold monthly subscription plan has been sent and shall be processed in 5 to 7 business days.
