I am seeing duplicate lines for the same submissions in my Google Drive spreadsheet. I have to recreate it to get rid of them. Is there anything that can be done to fix this?

I see that this has been reported before and should be resolved. I have regenerated the spreadsheet and I will monitor for any further duplicates.

Thanks for contacting us.
As you have indicated this issue was taken up to our developers and took care of it, please monitor the spreadsheet and do let us know if the problem still persists.

I have just had a recurrence of this problem. I added multiple records by the form. Then I went back and updated two of the records via the submissions page. When I look at the spreadsheet there are three copies of the last record I entered (this was not updated). Also the two records I did update are not updated in the Drive spreadsheet.
What diags do you need?

I have cloned your form, and after several tests I was able to replicate on the said problem.
I have forwarded this to our developers so they can fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

I was wondering how you were getting on with this issue? I am having to reintegrate my form on pretty much a daily basis.

Can you please confirm if this is the form in question? http://form.jotformeu.com/form/31212613105335
There's no updates from our dev team on this thread as of the moment. While waiting, we'd suggest to remove all the symbols used in your form field labels and options if possible and then re-integrate your form. This sometimes the cause why submissions being duplicated on the spreadsheet. The other one is when you update submissions using the edit URL. If you are updating someones submissions, it will be added in the spreadsheet as well and this sometimes caused the data to duplicate.
We'll keep you posted for any progress about this. Please consider the workaround while this isn't yet fixed.
Thanks and apologies.
