Many of my customers are complaining that their uploads are reaching 99.8% and then they say that Upload has Failed.
Could you please look into the issue and get back to me as soon as possible?

I can upload my files fine though I'm afraid this might be related to the secure connection on your form. I would suggest not to use secure form when asking large file sizes, this might cause an interruption of the file upload which might stop the upload process. Also, this could also be a browser related issue. If they're using old browsers like IE8 and earlier, I'm afraid they will encounter the same thing. Please re-embed your form using the following embed code instead, it's non-https.
