    Email recently not able to receive notifications

    We have a couple of form notifications that go to "prat@tjc.edu" that haven't worked since 5/15.

    I've made sure that the notification sender/email/reply to fields in the notifications are correct, and have added my email to the notification list. The emails get to me, but not prat@tjc.edu. Nothing else has changed about these forms. We've checked the Spam folder as well, nothing there.

    I've read that there's a bounce list and a log to see if the emails were sent. Could someone take a look at that and let me know if there's an issue there? Thank you for your help!

    Hi,

    You should be able to start receiving notifications by now.

    Your email was in the bounce list due to this reason.

    Result: 

    prat@tjc.edu is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'rejecting banned content'

    I have now removed it so it should be fine now. According to this reason, there's a content probably in one of your email notification that's blacklisted by your email service provider that's why your email ended up to the bounce list. Please try it again now, see if it goes back to normal.

    She tried again this morning and she didn't get it, but I did. I've emailed our network admin about the whitelisted domains/IPs but he has been out of the office so far.

    This happened again because she ended up in our bouncelist again due to your Email Host rejecting our emails so I removed her from the list again. You can try adding us to your contacts list for now to see if that helps any but most likely Whitelisting will be the better option to help correct it just as soon as you can get your Network Admin is able to do so since our server is showing that we are sending it but it is coming back to us as rejected which is unfortunately beyond our control.
