How do I style a field in an autoresponder email

Asked by devin7h on June 07, 2013 at 11:34 AM

    Hi there,

When I use the following HTML for my autoresponder, I get exactly what I want...EXCEPT the {input3} element doesn't get the 'red' style.

    <p><span style="color: red;">Hi {yourName:first},</span></p>
    <p><span style="color: red;">Here's what you selected:</span></p>
    <p><span style="color: red;">{input3}</span></p>
    <p><span style="color: red;">Thanks again!</span></p>

It appears as though the {input3} field is keeping its default styling (black), yet the {yourName:first} element is accepting the 'red' color.

Is it possible to style the {input3} item?

    Can you please try

    <p><span style="color: #FF0000;">Hi {yourName:first},</span></p>

    <p><span style="color: #FF0000;">Here's what your selected</span></p>

    <p><span style="color: #FF0000;">{input3}</span></p>

    <p><span style="color: #FF0000;">Thanks again!</span></p>

Also, make sure you just add a line, rather than the tags  <hr > for the border
