How can I have multiple "terms and conditions" URLs within the same widget/field?

I am trying to ask users with just one check box to agree to Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, etc. each of these should appear in hyperlink so that the user can click and it can take them to the appropriate web page of our website. But I am unable to properly add or include Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent. I just need 1 checkbox which says I agree to and then the texts for Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent should all be in hyperlink each separately. How do I accomplish this? It doesn't seem to look good when I manually separate it and somehow do not appear as separate hyperlinks too. Please see the attached and assist ASAP.

    Hi there, @satish.pillai!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Kindly be informed that, unfortunately, it seems like it's not possible to add multiple links in the said widget.

However, you can use a regular checkbox on your form if you like to create two or more clickable links to different pages of terms and conditions. Here's how:

    1. Add a "Multiple Choice" Element and label it as "Terms and Conditions".

    2. Click the gear icon as shown below:

    3. From the options, add the HTML tags for the clickable link as you can see below:

I hope I have been of any help.
