Some form request will not forward to two different emails.

    Forms are located at www.coloradomattressrecycling.com One form is under "pick ups", other is "contact". I have our spam turned off. It doesn't happen very often but it sucks when it does. Email server is through godaddy and outlook(2010) is used to view.

    Hi, I found that you have set the sender email address to E-mail field in all 3 notifications.

    Please change this to noreply@jotform.com to avoid missing some mail notifications.
