Is there a way to limit your feedback script to just one page on a site? I do not wish it to populate other pages within my site.

It should only be populating necessary files and pages that are related to the form, anything you placed onto it, and other scripts that are needed to run it.
May I ask what other pages that it is populating onto your site that you don't want it to run? Are you able to provide us with further details about this or a screenshot to show what is happening that you'd like to change so we can help you more?
If you want to modify it's use and how it runs you can adjust the form's coding using it's source code if you have programming knowledge and are willing to take the time to do so on your end.

Thank you. I have the form on a mobile site. So showing this is tough
because I would need to take out all the desktop redirects. But basically
what I want is to dictate the feedback button to only display on certain
pages. I am using it as a promotion tool instead of a traditional feedback
tool. By the way, it works GREAT on Mobile!

No problem and thank you for providing further detail about this matter. Thank you for the additional comments as well about our service, we're pleased hear that.
As for the issue you are having. Why not just embed it on these pages themselves instead of the mainpage since that would make it appear accross all pages doing it that way which is why that is happening. So I think this would have to be customized more from your end to get it to display only on certain pages but we will try to help you with this as best we can. Though it is a bit difficult to fully understand and help you more without seeing your website first to try to help you out.
Is your website live? May we have a link to it so that we can take a look?
- drakeladueAnswered on June 08, 2013 at 01:06 PMI only embeded it on one page and it wasn't the main page I have attached
the QR code for your review. I am sorry but I really don't feel like
removing all the desktop redirects.

Not all the buttons are live yet so you'll have to hunt and peck a bit.

there a way to reduce the height of the pop up year picker box?

As my colleague Kade asked, It will be more helpfull for us if you provide your webpage URL where you embeded the form. So that we can see and try our best support to you.
By the way you can change some of the form designs by injecting custom CSS: how to inject custom CSS. We can provide the CSS code too if we able to viwe your page.
