    Hi,

    I can now see the embedded form in your FB page https://www.facebook.com/paws4acure/app_190322544333196

    I also see the issue you mentioned, and I think it has to do with the height parameter you have setup on the embedded form.

    I suggest correcting the height of the embedded form to fit the whole form.

    Use this guide to embed the form in your FB page https://www.jotform.com/help/22-Adding-Form-to-Facebook

    Hope this help. inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.

    I appreciate you help, and made the changes. However, it still isn't coming up. I increased the length to 700 and then backed it up to 540, but the form still does the same thing - the body of the form only very briefly showing up before it disappears. Any other suggestions or perhaps you can see something that I did incorrectly.

    Here's the code on FB/Thank you again!

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://www.jotform.me/form/31594995076974" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:540px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Hi,

    I am not sure if you have updated the embedded form code in your FB page... I can still see only 40px height.

    The form should look like this if you have set the height correctly to 540px

    Please check again.

    Thanks.

    Yes, I see that you absolutely correct. I corrected things in the embed info from JotForm, which is evidently not the same. I've gone through the guide you forwarded in a previous answer, however, I am at a loss and cat figure out how to get to the 40x height in the embedded code form you're referring to.

    Could you perhaps, tell me where to go and exactly what to do so I could make the change?

    Thanks again

    Hi,

    On your form code that you've embedded into your website, just simply edit/update it and change height of your form from 40px to 540px.

    Your current form iframe code height is 40px.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://www.jotform.me/form/31594995076974" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:40px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    Change the height to 540px to fixed the issue.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://www.jotform.me/form/31594995076974" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:540px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    If you need further assistance, do let us know.

    Thank you!

    I appreciate your help. However, something seems to be amiss. I already have this code in the form as seen in the following:

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://www.jotform.me/form/31594995076974" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:540px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe><script type="text/javascript">window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}</script>

    And I that's been what I've seen since you suggested changing the height earlier. I'm really not sure why you continued to see the 40px height but would really appreciate it if you could take a look and, if it's still there, make a suggestion how to refresh things so everything is the same.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I only see 40px on your form's iframe code upon checking. Using Inspect Elements feature of Google Chrome, you'll see it. Please take a look at this video: http://www.screencast.com/t/TbnvIcci6B5b

    Thank you!
