That page is showing the wrong IP addresses.

I setup a new form and immediately tested it on my computer. The IP address shows up as 35.191.8.6 not my ip. I came in from 7*.***.1*7.2

Then I tried on my cell phone and the form analytics is giving me a way different IP too.

Form name is Payments. Try it yourself.

Alright. We can forward this to the backend team. So, they can look further into this.

But we need to gather more information. Does it happen on all forms? Or only on specific forms? If so, please provide the links of the forms.

We will wait for your response.

Hi.  It is incorrect on all forms.

You can see another example.  I just submitted the "Suggestion" form from my office.  If you look at the form submission, you will see my correct ip address.  If you look at the form analytics, you will see a different address.  It is interesting that all the form analytics addresses seem to be on 2 networks....I wonder if those are your internal addresses showing MySQL calls from server to server.

Is this not a bug that is affecting all of your accounts?

You are delivering all of your clients wrong ip addresses for a long time because of this bug. Have you notified them? They are being mislead. This should be a top priority fix.

I have just tested this on my form and the Form Analytics was able to get my IP Address correctly.

May I ask how are you getting your IP Address? Are you using a VPN?

Can you please share to us a screenshot of your IP Address as shown in the site below?
