    Hi,

    I have embedded the source code to my form in my website.

    I have added a keyword (CNAME) at various points on my form that I first find/replace to an HTML tag (<BDI></BDI>) Then have added a script that inserts the Customer name into the <BDI> tags, when the user fills in the customer name field.

    This works well and makes the form appear more personel.

    However, all the reports that are generated when the form is submitted, don't include the Customer Name but still have the original (CNAME)keyword.

    My questions are:

    Can I change/add the script in JotForm to make this change perminant. or

    Can the reports be run in a different way to show the form with its new 'Customer Name' content?

    Many thanks

    Matthew

    @ukevolve

    Request you to please let us know your website URL where you have embedded your form. This is just to make sure I have understood your question. As you have updated the labels in source code, most likely you may have to manually update your notification alert's content to display the updated texts.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    I checked your form. You will have to manually edit your notification email content to display the changes. Please refer the screenshot below:

    Hi Sidharth

    If I'm reading this correctly, I would have to change the email with each instance of CNAME for each report which isn't practical.

    CNAME is also present in HTML Text so this also wouldn't work.

    Is there any other options?

    Thanks

    @ukevolve

    Looks like there is some confusion. Request you to please explain us your exact requirement. You need the notification email content to display the exact question text what you have in your source code right?

    Please let us know.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    Hi Sidharth

    Throughout my form I use the keyword CNAME which I want to change  dynamically dependant on the user entering a name in ID Field #first_35 (First Name).

    I am doing this on my website through script, but it won't show up in reports.

    Thanks

    @ukevolve

    That means you mean to achive something like this:

    Full Name : Sidharth

    Your relationship to Sidharth: XXXX

    Now in your notification alert also, you need to display the question something like this only:

    Your relationship to Sidharth: XXXX

    IF that is correct, you will still have to manually add it and it should look something like this in your notification alert:

    Your relationship to {fullName35} {yourRelationship}

    Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth

    Hi Sidharth

    This works on the email report thanks, but not on submissions or reports. Is there anyway to amend these to?

    Many thanks

    @ukevolve

    This will only work on notifications alert. I don't see any option to achieve this in submissions and reports. It will only display the text which you have in your form in JotForm account.

    Thanks,

    Sidharth
