    How do you change the text color under the field boxes?

    There are two ways you can change the Font Color on your Forms. However though, I can see you mentioned " under the field boxes " so if this is not what you are trying to do could you please explain more about what you mean so that we can assist you better?

    (1) Font Color Picker

    It's at the top toolbar under the form styles tab. 

     

    (2) Injected CSS -

    You can use custom css code to override the font colors on your form.

    I am looking to change the mouseover color for the boxes you type in, as well as the small text underneath the boxes.

    You can add the code below in your form styles custom css to make the input type change color on mouse hover. In the example below, I used black color on hover

    input:hover,textarea:hover {

    background:#000; /* 000 is the color code for black which can be change e.g. eee000 */
