Submission notifications only being emailed to my registered email address

    I have set up a few forms for a client website the I designed.  I have gone over the email setup a number of times to ensure that I have the notifications setup to go to the client but they keep coming to me at my jotform registered email address.


    I have 4 forms that I use on this site 2 use the side tabs to open and ifram form for submission the other two are embedded in the pages directly.


    I have gone to the setup email, and changed the address in the Reply to and Recipient settings, then checked that the Recipient E-mail address is there.  When I click on Test the message box pops up and says sending to me and not the client.  I get the email every time and my client isn't getting any kind of email at all.

    Looks like you are clicking on "Test Email" button of your notification alert. "Test Email" button sends email to your account email address and not to the Recipient email of your notification. Thats how its designed to test the email content.

    You can quickly click on the preview button of your form and submit the data to test the newly added notification,
