I was able to see the submission entries using the iPad browser through browserstack.com.
Also, my test went fine on the Android tablet too.
Can you please try to reload the submission page to see if that makes any difference? If this does not help, try to delete your Safari cache:

Thanks, Mike - all fixed!
I did delete the history and re-start the browser on ipad to no effect, but going into settings and wiping the cache etc cleared the issue. This is not JotForm problem more an iPad and finger-trouble problem. As usual excellent and timely response from JotForm! Thanks!
