JotForm Analytics : Countries shown as "Other"

    Good day,

                    I am located in Malaysia, anyway to show the submitted location accurately in the report as currently it only shows "other".

    I'm sorry about your problem. I entered your form and I tested it. As a result of the test, I was able to recreate the issue.     Hello tengtatt,

    As I learned from our developers, the location is based on the visitor's IP-based geolocation. It's possible that those visitors were using private IP or there's no geolocation detected for their IP so they ended up in the "Other" country category.

    We do not have an IP record on our database and hence it is shown as Other.
