How can I import a Google form that has conditional formatting into JotForm?

Asked by uclageneralsurgeryresident on June 10, 2013 at 07:39 PM

I've created a complex Google form that I would like to import as a JotForm.  When I try to "import from a website," the formatting is drastically impaired, and only the first page of the form is imported.  If I eliminate all the page breaks from the Google form, all of the question fields are lost in the conversion.  The Google form source html doesn't translate effectively.  Is there a better way to do this?  Thanks.

    Hi there!

Unfortunately, our "Import Form" feature works best if the form is created from JotForm itself. When you import form from any 3rd party website, it would only catch the form elements not it's style. So it's not really possible to import form from 3rd parties. You should probably consider creating them from scratch.

    Thank you for asking!
