I'm getting a lot of Chinese text/graphic. How do I get rid of it. The table is in English, but the headings above the table are in some kind of language.

Hi there,

May we know the form in question so we can check it here? I would also suggest to re-integrate your form to Google Spreadsheet (Remove integration then integrate your form again). This sometimes fixed this issue.
