I checked your form's notification setup and don't see any issue with that. I checked our email server logs and see the emails are getting delivered to your email id. Here is the log for your reference:

Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there. Let us know if you continue to have this issue.

Hi, I added this to filters in Gmail and tried whitelisting, still nothing.

That's strange. Our email server logs confirms that the emails are getting delivered to your email address.
Request you to try changing your email id and see if your receive emails in your other email account.
