    WHAT IS GOING ON??? URGENT URGENT X 100!!

    I have submissions for the forms.

     

    It NEVER comes to my email.

    I cannot forward to my email.

     

    What is going on??  Where is the support team?  What am I paid for??

    No.  I forward it MANUALLY, your system say "Email" sent successfully!!

    It is not a matter of whitelist or not!

    I get NOTHING.  I mean NOTHING out of my 40 forward mannually made in my forms over past 2 hours..  Please see what is the problem at your end??

    I tested the email address are GOOD.

     

    obook@mail.com --> operations@myobook.net

    obook@yahoo.com.hk --> operations@myobook.net

    If you cannot resolve this SIMPLE problem that I encounter for MONTHS, I will terminate my accounts ASAP.

    I checked our email server logs and see the emails are getting delivered to your email ids. Here is the log for your reference:

    Request you to please check your SPAM folder and see if the emails are there. Please whitelist jotform domains in your email account. Please refer this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues
