    I failed to receive through different emails

     

    operations@myobook.net

    accounts@myobook.net

    obook@mail.com

     

    For more tha 10 submissions manually forward through your plaform over 2 hours ago.

    I am really tired to send you SAME email every few days.!!

    The email address operations@myobook.net is also listed in our bounce list due to the following reasons

    Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 'DNS Soft Error looking up myobo= ok.net (MX) while asking recursive_nameserver1.parent. Error was: unable to= 

    reach nameserver on any valid IP'.

    I have removed it from our bounce listing and it should be working now. Kindly use this thread instead of creating multiple similar thread in order for us to focus on your problem.

    As per mentioned by my colleague, your email address are no longer in the bounce list so you should be able to received email notifications by now.

    According to the bounce reason, our mail server was unable to reach your nameserver so there might be downtime on your email service provider at some point or they might have rejected messages coming from us. We'd strongly recommend checking this article and follow the guides as it may help prevent this issue from happening again. How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues
