Question about Authorize.net's payment system on jotform

    We are doing sign up forms for races and are charing registration fees via authorize.net

     

    We had a customer submit a form and a payment then she tried registering her other son and the form would not let her submit.

     

    What do I need to change?

    Please change the Unique Submission setting to 'No Check' and it should resolved the issue. To change the Unique submission setting, go to Setup Embed > Preferences then click the Form Limits tab.

    Loose check will not allow multiple submission unless the browser cookies are cleared. This can also be bypass by another browser or computer.
