Getting a JSON error

In which form are you getting a "JSON Error"? Did you have your form embedded in a page? If so, can you give me the link to that website?
Please provide as much details as possible so that we can come up with more accurate solution.

It happens every time I attempt a save - or even submitting to this forum.

Are you using Firefox or IE? Have you tried using other browsers? This is strange because I haven't had any problems with accessing our site in my computer, using either Firefox, IE or Chrome. Would it be possible to restart your computer now?

I have restrarted my machine. I am working in Firefox, but testing in IE. I am getting the same error in both. Although in IE8 it is a little less persistant, the FF 4.
This issue isnt with the accessing the form, it occurs when I save attempt to save the form.
In IE this is the error thrown - (the same URL is specified when looking at Firebug)

I'm sorry but I haven't had any success in replicating your situation. I was able to save that particular form using all of the three main browsers, and did not get any error at all. I understand how this has become frustrating to you, but, is it possible for you to log in to Jotform using another computer, a laptop perhaps?

I'm getting this error accross browsers...I think it may be my workstation...

May I suggest that, if possible, try to use another computer to ascertain that this issue is only occurring on your computer. Please let us know how it goes.

That is the funny thing, it will work from my home machine, it will not work on my work machine - very sporadically. Only when I am using the form, make achange and attempt to save it. I would say its our environment, but I can save other forms with out a problem from this WS...

Glad to know that you've already isolated the cause of your problem. The most sound advise I can give you is to work with your forms in the workstation that is not giving you troubles. Also, a reformat on the problematic computer may do the trick, but that can be too tasking.
Anyway, if there's anything else we can do for you, please let us know.
