When I receive the PDF file, each option checked is on it's own line. Can we change this:Asked by cr3250 on June 11, 2013 at 11:45 AM
When the PDF file is received, it looks something like this:
QUESTION#1: Option 1
Can we adjust the PDF to look like this:
Question#1: Option 1; Option 2; Option 3; etc...
checked pdf file thanks 3
Normally when you receive them they are in a List Type Format however, May I ask which PDF it is that you speak of that made it look unbalanced? I looked at a pdf submission of yours but it was very formal and legible.
Yes, they are very professional. May I commend you on the default look and
feel of the printout. I think it will do us well.
A little background information: The goal of using JotForm was to allow my
workers to complete their notes in the field on their phones or tablets.
Unfortunately Idaho still requires all paperwork be printed and submitted,
and I dislike wasting paper. I am trying to get the notes, whenever
possible, to fit on one page. I have deleted several fields in an
attempt to keep them on one page and since I made the changes they are all
fitting. However, I just wondered if it is possible for the future. IE:
if I need to add some more fields, can we adjust the PDF thereby keeping
the logs to one page each.
Thanks, Corey L. Richardson.
It is Good to know that you Dislike wasting paper.
Unfortunately, currently there is no option for adjusting the PDF. But you can try some PDF editor softwares, so that you can download the PDF from jotform and do some changes using the software and then for print.
Feel free to ask if you have any further clarification.
BTW I have some Idea: Why cant you try to take print from the email Notification that you receive on each submission? Because, You can customize mail notifications as you need using FREE text HTML, that will best suites for you.
This is just my suggestion.
