To avoid having separated forms you can unite your forms into a single form and separate them applying the Page Break feature , it will add Next button or a Back button at the bottom of each page of your form. This will make you to save more time and work.

You can find this feature in the form builder, while editing your form.

Just drag and drop the feature wherever you want to have the break of the page of your form. You can see an example of  a basic form with page break fields in the next link: http://www.jotform.com/form/31615056444854.

It is easy and will save you a lot of time.

I hope this helps you, but if you need furhter assistance, please let us know.

But if you don't want  to do this, you can also insert the link of your next form in the "Thank You" page.

You can do this by following the next steps:

    - While editing your form go to Setup and Embed tab in the tool bar, then click on Thank You and press Next.

Then choose Thank You message there you will be able to insert the link of your next form and customize the content of the Thank You page.

When users submit the first form it will show the Thank You page with the link of the next form.

This is the link of my form with the link of the nest form, you can clone it to check the changes: http://www.jotform.com/form/31397310837860

Well, I hope this helps you.

It's a pleasure to assist you.
