Is there a way to have only the questions that are answered in the drop down box emailed to me, not every question.

You can remove the fields, that are not answered, from the email notification body. You can accomplish this by using the feature Hide Empty Fields on Email.

You will find it following the steps in the next picture:

1- Go to Setup and Embed.

    2- Preferences.

    3- Advance settings.

    4- Choose Enabled.

Finally click on Close Settings, save your form and test it.

I have cloned your form and I did the changes, when I tested it the email notification looked this way (some fields don't appear because they were empty):

I hope this helps, but if you need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us.
