Hi Guys, Great Job! not sure if there are updates being done to this widget in the background or not but there are a number of issues I am having with the widget. I believe there is a Java issue that is not populating the value field of the date display box, I am getting NaN/NaN/NaN no matter the day I select or display format I use for the date. Another issue is the incrementing buttons for the month and year are not working and the first of every month is only displaying the hours that are available for the current/ active day. Eg. if it's 3pm right now the times available for today 4-6pm are what is also being displayed for the first of every month. This shouldn't impact form filling other than on the first on next month but please let me know if this is just a result of active updating or a new list of issues.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback.

I believe there is a Java issue that is not populating the value field of the date display box, I am getting NaN/NaN/NaN no matter the day I select or display format I use for the date.

I tested the Appointment widget on my end and it seems that the value of the date is populated based on what the day I selected on the widget.

However, when the month is changed using the month's field dropdown, the month is not changing on the populated field and to change it I would need to click on a certain day on the calendar.

Another issue is the incrementing buttons for the month and year are not working

I am able to replicate the issue on the up and down buttons for the month and the year, it seems that they are not functioning.

and the first of every month is only displaying the hours that are available for the current/ active day. Eg. if it's 3pm right now the times available for today 4-6pm are what is also being displayed for the first of every month.

I am unable to replicate this issue on my end, I think if the Availability of the time intervals and the Start and End Date are properly set up it will fix the issue:

I will escalate a ticket for the first two bugs that I was able to replicate on my end. This would be a great help for our developers to improve the newly added widget.

We will provide you with any updates via this thread as soon as we hear back from them.
