When a user clicks on a time slot (1 person per slot), how do you track of the slot's availability? Are you saving it at your end? If so, how can I clear that slot in case of cancellation.

The availability of the slots shall tracked programatically using the submissions already received to the form.

Deleting the specific slot submission from the Form submissions should make the slot available again.

    Hi Kiran,

Could you possibly give a bit more information on how to do this? For example, if we just want to reschedule, would we need to delete an entire submission and resubmit it? Or is there a way to delete just the appointment slot on their submission and manually enter a new one?

Although you can delete a submission to free a selected slot, you also have the option to just edit the submission and change the selection in the Appointment field. You would need to resubmit the form after making the update to save the changes. The deselected slot will now become available to other respondents. Additionally, you can also allow your respondents to edit their own submission to change the slot they selected.
