I have six page breaks in my jot form. I am not able to click through to the next page. Next and back buttons are not working.
Here is a link to my form

I am trying to embed code on Drupal site but page breaks do not work. I also tried embedding code via iframe. No luck.

I was able to reproduced the issue on your form http://www.jotform.com/31496978434974.
I cannot figure out yet what seems to be causing the issue.
I did a basic test form that have page break field but it works just fine. (test form: http://jotform.co/form/31616957984874)
Can you please try cloning your form and test the cloned version. Use this guide to clone http://www.jotform.com/help/27-Form-Cloning
I will elevate the issue to our next level support also so that it can be checked further.
Please update us also of the results on the cloned version test.
Our higher team support will notify you via this thread and on your email when they have updates on this.

I have found the cause of the issue, please remove the Free Text (HTML) field that is in the top of your form.
This will allow the page break feature works correctly.
I have cloned your form and here is the link of my form which is now fixed. www.jotform.com/form/31617133402947.
That's all what you have to do. Do it and test your form.
Let us know if the issue persists or if you need further assistance.
