I did a text and fill-out the form I didn't Receive an auto response to the email I Register with.

I have checked your mail logs and it seems you have sent only a test email. The test email is sent to your account email address based on the mail logs.
Can you please try sending a test submission using your form and let us know if you are not able to receive the autoresponder email?
Also , can you please try removing/disable the condition with an error in your form?
Let us know if the issue still remains.
