Hi I have included check box conditions for a widjet. It's intention was a user when filling out the form would be able to select multiple options of locations and submit them however when a test was run on the form it only displayed the first selected checkbox that was checked and no subsequent ones were presented in the notification email admin recieves therefore loosing out on vital information!

Hello! I checked your account and saw 20 forms in there. May we know what particular form is having that issue so we can further inspect what is causing the problem? Thanks!

Sure, my apologies it is the Find Me A PT one :)

Thanks! Can you also provide the URL of either the form itself or the page where it is embedded? Looking through the form titles in your account, I'm not quite sure which one is it. Thank you.

Thanks! I cloned your form and tried to make a submission but I was not able to reproduce the problem.
Just to clarify, when a user selects a post code and checks the location/s, would you like them to be able select another post code and other location/s as well? Is that where the problem arises? 'Cause I'm able to select one post code and check multiple locations just fine. Thanks.

You're correct the user needs to be able to select multiple postcodes and locations

Hi, You can enable multi select for a dropdown by increasing the size property of the dropdown box.
Once you increased the size property user can able to select multiple choices by pressing ctrl key.
But, when I cloned and tested your form I found that when multiple options are selected only the condition for the first selected option is executed and not the others.
I will escalate this bug report to our second level team. Once this problem is solved or is there any other solution we will update this thread.

By the Way my suggestion is: temporarly you can use checkboxes instead of dropdown for post codes to avoid this multiselect issue with dropdown field.

Hi I can see that changing the postcodes to checkboxes will work but is there a way of changing the radio buttons to checkboxes while keeping all the integrated conditions that have already been set? I also don't want the form to look messy and that is a lot of check boxes to display?! This is the comment I have received from my client "Just on the test, I selected 6 or so different locations (4 from the 6018 location and 2 from the 6019 postcode) and on the rego form that gets sent to me and you, it only showed the last location selected. Obviously we need to see all the ones that have been selected to put on their profile"

Unfortunately you have to recreate the conditions when that field will be deleted. I would suggest not to removed it until we get updates from our dev team about this. However, if you'd really want to switch it to Checkbox, you need to redo the whole conditions. Checkboxes can also be expanded by columns to make it short. Here's how:
The reason why it only shows the last selected because the first one gets removed from the form when your client switched to another dropdown option. Note that conditional hidden fields (even if you've selected answers there), it will not be recorded in email notification.
Hope this clarifies a bit. Thanks!

Hi hmm I see. Can you please advise what the best approach would be to get the form working as intended? Thank you

I couldn't think of any possible workaround aside from re-doing all the conditions into your form. I suggest backing up the form by cloning (How to Clone a Form) before doing any changes.
When you delete the current dropdown field, you will see a bunch of information which says that the field is deleted in the Conditional Logic Wizard. There, you can just simply edit "each" item without having to go back to select Show/Hide Condition from the first page.
(This screenshot is from the cloned version of your form).
