The problem here is that the Google Calendar intergration does not look at your current calendar obligations and then omit those time slots as options on the appointment tool. If this were possible, it would be extremely powerful...Maybe/hopefully I am missing something?

To my understanding, you would like the time slots that were previously added in your Google Calendar to become not available or disabled in the Appointment field of the form integrated with Google Calendar.
Can you please confirm if I understood your requirements correctly so we may forward it to our developers as a feature request on your behalf?
We will wait for your response.

Thank you for the additional details.
As for your question regarding multiple calendars, you can link multiple calendars in the Google Calendar integration. Just edit the integration, and click Add New button:
Also, you are commenting on our post regarding the new Appointment field. With the new appointment field, you can set to limit the appointment to 24 hours. Just set custom an input 1440 minutes.
Next, set the internal to the hour you can accept appointments. The default is 9, you can change that to 10 or 11.
The ticket is already assigned to our backend team. Unfortunately, we can't provide you an ETA of this. Once we have an update, you will be notified here.
